Questions people ask
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The package price covers everything on the list. If you want upgrades, we add them to the quote before you sign. The only time the price changes is if we open the wall and find a problem, like water damage, and we show you first.
Do I need to buy the fireplace insert?
You can buy your own electric insert and we install it, or we supply one for $900 to $1,500 depending on size. Either way the install is in the package.
How fast can you start?
Most walls start within two weeks of signing. The shiplap wall takes 3 to 5 days. The stone wall takes about a week. We clean up every day.
Do you need a permit?
A new electric fireplace wall with a plug-in or hardwired insert usually does not need a permit in Washington County. If your project does, we handle it.
What about gas fireplaces?
This package is for electric inserts. If you want gas, we can quote it, but it needs a licensed gas line and takes longer.
