What the customer called us about
The backyard had a nicely landscaped feel: curved retaining wall borders, desert plants, potted flowers, a covered patio. But the main open area was just decomposed granite. Every time the dog went out, gravel tracked back inside, and rain turned the area muddy.
The homeowner wanted something soft, green, and easy to rinse off, without tearing up the existing landscaping they had already invested in.
